The employment contract It is a legally binding agreement between two parties, the employer and the Employee, and was designed to provide security and protection for the parties involved. Our Company has the objective of safeguarding both parties in their Labor Relationship (Employee and Employer) and ensures to our client the maximum confidence that the new hired employee is fully aware of his labor rights and obligations. Further we make sure that he agreed to comply with the terms indicated in the contract and certainly with all the internal policies of the Company. We have drawn up an employment contract, which in addition to the already mentioned, will safeguard the parties from any unfavorable situation that may arise from the employment relationship. Even in the case of later separation we help to avoid labor conflicts.
