Who is APSoluçoes?
Ana Paula Massuco founded APSoluçoes in 2016 with a great vision and passion, to help companies and individuals with Consulting in Legal and HR Strategic & Administrative services . The huge benefit for AP customers results in that we enable them to keep their focus on their business.
In 2019 APSoluçoes has been acquired by Carica GmbH, an international Consulting Company, with years of experience and professional talents. Together we propose to take our services to multiple geographies and offer a premium service to our international and local customers.

Chief Operating Officer
Ana Paula Massuco
Ana Paula Massuco is the heart, soul and brain of APsoluçoes. She founded the company in 2016 and holds the position of the COO.
She is one of the most in-country experienced advisors for big companies, such as NGOs and individuals in business of Corporate, Labour Law, immigration, litigation among others.
Her career started at British American TOBACO, where she acquired valuable skills due to her leadership in all key areas she operated inside the company, such as HR Department, Production and General Administration. With a broad experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industries, Ana joined the Polana Serena Hotel, where she made a great impact and contributed significantly.
There she led many change management initiatives and took her skills and operations to the highest level. Due to her outstanding leadership she motivates everyone to contribute to increase organizational effectiveness in the following areas:

Ernesto Schmutter
Ernesto Schmutter is one of the leading strategic thinkers and designers in the European IT business.
He significantly developed numerous change projects and modernised businesses on an extremely practice-oriented basis. His vaste experience prepared him to master turnaround situations, all stages of profitable growth and also transformation for the digital future. Additionally during his successful professional career he supported many companies with their internalization into the European market.
Since 2002, Ernesto Schmutter has worked as a coach and mentor with executives and young professionals. In this position, he has coached people in their careers on a national and international level.
Ernest studied at the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, attended the St. Gallen Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Along his vast experience he held various management positions at MicroWarehouse, Macrotron and Ingram Micro. Since 2010 he has been a member of the European Executive Staff of Ingram Micro Europe and, as managing director, he headed the European procurement organization of PanEuropeGmbH. Prior to founding his own company, he headed all areas of IngramMicro Germany as Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer.
Nowadays Ernesto is the CEO and owner of Carica GmbH, Head of Advisory Board at MRM, Advisory Board at PlugiloInc., as well as an Expert at iSCM, Advisor for GLG, Guidepoint, Mosaic, Alpha Sights, etc.
Ernesto partners with APSoluçoes as Managing Director. Due to the joint expertise and network, Carica GmbH and APSoluçoes are able to provide the best service to their International and Local customers.
