Non-governmental Organisations (NGO´s) are legal persons of private law, of a non-profit nature, involved namely, in emergency programs, rehabilitation or program development. They can be associations, foundations or other legal persons of the same nature who pursue cooperation purposes for the socio-economic development of the countries, in which they wish to establish themselves.
